R&D and Production-Scale CVD Diamond Process Equipment

Cline Innovations' mission is to help customers embrace CVD diamond and related technology through a unique combination of used equipment and related know-how. Although a majority of our customers have interests in nanocrystalline, polycrystalline, and single-crystal diamond made by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), some of the Customers We Serve work in closely related academic fields or industries.
 
Cline Innovations makes an effort to build relationships of trust with our customers and often works under terms of confidentiality. Our commitment is to ensure that our customers get what they need, not what we think they should need. We take the time to understand our customer's needs & expectations, thoroughly assess options based on budgetary constraints, and help them procure the specialized equipment that meets their needs.
 
We believe "what is good for the buyer is good for the seller" and make efforts to communicate used equipment assessment results prior to the sale. In effect, we operate on the premise of "buyer-be-informed" instead of the traditional "buyer beware". Cline Innovations make efforts to document the responsibilities of both the buyer & seller during the sales process through detailed quotations, proposals, and sale agreements. Warranty details are normally negotiable and our warranty term sometimes exceeds the new equipment warranty.
 
Equipment Repair and refurbishment efforts are coordinated through a combination of our internal resources and a team of experienced specialists. If justified, integrated system testing can be performed in our plasma laboratory. Subsystems can be evaluated "under load" on one of our test benches.
 
We encourage customers to tell us about the products they need but cannot locate in our used equipment LISTINGS. We don't list goods until an assessment of use-history and condition is completed, so we may have unlisted goods which are of interest to you.
 
Cline Innovations' equipment inventory is located in multiple Massachusetts facilities, approximately one hour from Boston. We encourage our customers to visit our facility prior to equipment purchase and/or during final run-off before equipment is shipped to their site.
