At Cline Innovations we take our equipment repair & refurbishment service efforts seriously.
 
Our service capabilities are built on experience-based knowledge of both process technology and equipment design from a combined academic and industrial perspective. During the repair & refurbishment process, Cline Innovations strives to understand & remedy failure modes and educate end-users on the best ways to avoid future failures. Since CVD diamond equipment requires multi-disciplinary know-how to master, we bolster our internal know-how through the use of a network of experts and subcontractors who complement our internal skills.
 
In the past, our repair & refurbishment services have been reserved for preparation of the used equipment we sell. However, as CVD diamond market continues to mature, Cline Innovations sees the value in extending these services to our core/repeat customer base in the CVD diamond community.
 
Due in part to customer demand for MPCVD goods, our services are currently focused on microwave plasma CVD equipment, including older diamond reactors which often include difficult-to-service subsystems including microwave generators, RF heated stages (e.g. Astex IPX heated stages), electron cyclotron (ECR) electromagnets, etc. Our repair capabilities include certain older equipment which is no longer available or serviceable by the manufacturer.
